Can you do Blind shipping? Yes, we will ship to your customer using your company name on the shipping label. We do not include receipts in the shipments.

 

Do I receive a shipment status when my order has been shipped? Notifications are sent by email with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email please feel free to contact us.

 

What is your cut off time? All orders placed after 12:00 pm will count as the next business day.

 

Can I pick up the order? No, All orders are shipped from our distribution location in California.

 

Can I place an order by phone or by email? All orders must be placed online as it helps us to effectively keep track of all orders.

 

Can I cancel the order? If the print job has not been started it may be possible to cancel the order. The order will need to be cancelled on the same business day.

 

What happens if I submit my artwork in the wrong canvas size? You will be notified and asked to resubmit your artwork. If the job requires a minor change, we can make the adjustment. If the entire job is in submitted with the wrong specifications and you would like for us to format it to the correct specification, you will be billed for our services.

 

What is Scoring? When you need to fold a printed project that is on heavier card stocks of paper, we suggest having it scored. Scoring puts a groove in the paper that ensures the fold is accurate and doesn’t damage the ink or paper.

 

What is Aqueous coating? Aqueous coating is a quick-drying, water based, protective coating that is applied in-line on press to achieve a variety of finishes often at a more economical price than varnish. Aqueous coating provides excellent rub and scuff protection. This protection far exceeds varnishes and help avoid smudges, fingerprints and scratches.

 

What is UV Coating? An extremely high gloss coating that provides a moisture, curl and fade resistant finish. Available on one or both sides of all our products.

 

Do you sell Wholesale Printing? We currently don’t provide wholesale printing but we do offer discount prices to premium customers. Premium customers receive a discount of 10% on printing. Premium members receive the benefit of paying 71.50 per month and receive a discount of 10% on all printing. The premium account is recommended for clients that print at least a minimum of 15 jobs per month. The premium membership does not include our design services.

 

You must be a registered user with a basic account in order to upgrade to a premium account. Once you're logged in you will be able to click on the premium account category and purchase premium membership.

 

 

We use email links located on the "contact us" page and other areas of our website to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read every message sent in and will try to reply promptly. We have a helpdesk ticketing system that will allow you to receive a much quicker response and keep track of all questions.

 

 

After creating an account, you may place an order using your account. Its as easy as adding the items to your cart and checking out. Shipping Orders are shipped out using UPS. We offer the ability to ship directly to your customer using your information as the return address thus keeping Excellence Graphics and Design completely invisible to your customer. This is referred to as blind shipping.

Artwork can be sent through our website, by email - EGADINC@YAHOO.COM , or by FTP. You may also mail a disk if you prefer. Acceptable artwork should be submitted at 300 dpi, in CMYK. Please refer to our template page for the appropritate format for your project. We accept JPG, PDF, and PSD formats.
